Airlius Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Airlius, LLC (“Airlius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.
- Scope
These Terms apply to all Services offered by Airlius, including, but not limited to, the Cisero AI platform (www.cisero.ai). Airlius may offer additional services that are subject to their own terms and conditions.
- User Accounts
You may need to create an account (“Account”) to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Airlius will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of your account.
- Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or any server or network connected to the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
Use the Services to collect or harvest personal data about other users.
Use the Services to transmit any harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening content.
Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.- Intellectual Property
The Services and all content included therein, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Airlius or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Services without the prior written permission of Airlius.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Airlius. Airlius is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AIRLIUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AIRLIUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
- Limitation of Liability
AIRLIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF AIRLIUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Airlius. Airlius may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the Services.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona USA.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Airlius regarding the use of the Services.
- Changes to the Terms
Airlius may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Services. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.

- Specific Terms for Cisero AI
In addition to these Terms, the following specific terms apply to your use of Cisero AI:
Data Privacy:
You acknowledge that Cisero AI may collect and process data about your marketing activities, including but not limited to email addresses, website traffic, and sales data. Airlius is committed to protecting your data privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created or generated by Cisero AI, including but not limited to reports, analyses, and insights, remains the property of Airlius.
Results: Cisero AI utilizes machine learning algorithms to automate marketing processes. While Airlius strives to provide the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the success of any marketing campaign. Results may vary depending on factors such as the quality of your data, the nature of your business, and market conditions.
Payment: You may be required to pay a fee to use Cisero AI. Payment terms and fees will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Airlius.
Termination: Airlius may terminate your access to Cisero AI for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airlius, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Airlius regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
